I have enjoyed Seven Seas Over since it was released and I usually drink it at Big Orange or buy 4-packs at Colonial Liquor Store on Markham. I recently purchased a 4-pack at Rafferty’s Liquor store and your had a terrible soured taste to it. The date showed 06/15 but something wasn’t right. I took one to a guy that drinks your beer to check his opinion and he agreed. I did call Raffertys to let them know but I thought you might want this info as well.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Really. I have brought this up with Krebs, and I am working towards a solution. This is really important information that otherwise I would never know and needs to be addressed. I go and brew and brew every batch but don’t bottle every bottle. We do not filter on principle, and as a consequence we run the risk of packaging beer that is too turbid. This is no excuse, and I will buy back any package that is not up to par. Please email me your information, and I will work towards remedying your unfortunate 4-pack. Moodybrewer@gmail.com
Hot Springs local, I picked a four of the Sixes and Sevens from Colonial today while leaving Makerfaire. I’ve had the Half Seas several times, and I just wanted you to know you’re doing fantastic work. I want to age a set of Sixes for a couple of years now to see what happens. That is a fantastic beer. Keep it up. We Arkie kids are rooting for you.
I’ve been drinking six’s and seven’s for a few weeks now. This morning I pick the bottle up and read what was on it. Please never stop making this wonderful amazing brew. Send a keg to 107 liquor in Sherwood, Ar. Thanks for all yall do.
I simply want to say I am all new to blogs and certainly enjoyed this blog site. Very likely I’m want to bookmark your website . You amazingly have great writings. With thanks for sharing your blog.
